SKATE PARK INFORMATION

The Skate Park is free to use and open to all age groups
using skateboards and rollerblades. Sorry, no bikes allowed.

Skate Park Hours: Sunrise to Sunset
                 
Closed: When snow and ice inhibit participation.

Rules & Guidelines:
• Skating area is unsupervised; participants skate at their own risks.

CAUTION:

Inline skating and skateboarding are high-risk recreational activities. Ride at your own risk and within your abilities. Falls are likely to occur and can result in sprains, bruises, abrasions and more serious bodily injuries and/or death.
  
• It is recommended that proper protective equipment such as helmets, elbow pads, knee pads and wrist pads are used during skating and boarding activities.
  
• Participants are responsible for inspecting all facility equipment and skating surfaces prior to use to ensure that it has not been vandalized and is safe for skating.
  
Contact the Park District if equipment is damaged or vandalized by calling 562-7813.

The Park District may elect to temporarily or permanently close the Skate Park if the rules are not followed. We need your help to keep it open.
